These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software, licences and services provided by doveware Techpreneur ("doveware", "we", "us"). By engaging doveware for software development, purchasing a licence, subscribing to an online service or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
doveware Techpreneur provides:
Access to an online service is by subscription. The price, the period paid for and any setup fee are agreed with you in writing, in a quotation or agreement. If a trial is agreed, it lasts for the number of days agreed. If a payment is late, your account may first become read-only and then be paused until the payment is received. We never delete your data because a payment is late.
Installed products are activated against a specific device identifier (MAC address). A licence is valid only for the device it was issued to, unless a replacement or transfer is separately agreed with doveware. Attempting to bypass, share or duplicate a licence without authorisation is a breach of these Terms.
Fees for setup, licences, subscriptions and services are as quoted or invoiced to you, in Tanzanian shillings. Invoices are due on the date stated on the invoice. Continued access to our services and licensed software may depend on your account remaining paid up. We accept payment through the mobile money and other payment methods shown on our billing pages, and by bank transfer where agreed.
You own the information you put into our services. We process it on your behalf, only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to store the personal data you enter, for example the consent of your customers or church members where it is needed. You can ask us for a copy of your data at any time.
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract, doveware keeps ownership of the underlying software, source code and platform. A licence or subscription gives you the right to use the software for your own business, church or institution; it does not transfer ownership of the software itself.
We provide support through our ticketing system, Knowledge Base and WhatsApp on a best-effort basis. Unless a specific service level is agreed in writing, we do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage or response time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, doveware is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our software or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or end access to our services or licensed software if fees remain unpaid, or if these Terms are seriously breached. You may stop using our services at any time; see our Refund Policy for details on any applicable refunds.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
